Hello.

Well, the day has finally come. Frostbite by Nathan Graziano will be officially released

Union Leader,
the largest daily paper in NH. Here's a link to access that article online:
http://www.unionleader.com/articles_show.html?article=10235

Also, since the last time I sent out a news-bearing e-mail, another great review of Frostbite
has been posted online. The link for that review is:
http://reviews.FictionAddiction.NET/frostbite.html

If anyone is interested in checking out this book after reading all this information, complete details on how to do so can be found at the GBP web site (link below). There's info for online ordering all over the place. You can find out how to order by mail in the "Info" section of the site. If you have any difficulty, just e-mail me.

Gerald Locklin and Mark Weber have a new chapbook out from Zerx Press.  Locklin's half is called Duke, Lester, Charles.  Weber contributes Reveries from the Chaise Lounge.  And as usual these guys kick ass.  Four bucks (cheap) from Zerx Press, 725 Van Buren Place SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico  87108.

A thin sprinkling of snow had accumulated on the rooftops and sidewalks, giving Ashland the picturesque, postcard visage of small town New Hampshire. Across the road the townies stood in front of Cumberland Farms smoking cigarettes and holding Budweiser tall boys in gloved hands. They were also postcards, the ones no one bought.

Hello.
I hope you've been having a good 2002 so far. I just wanted to send out a quick message to tell you about Frostbite, Green Bean's major Spring Release. Frostbite is a 155-page work of fiction by Nathan Graziano (author of No White Horses and Seasons From the Second Floor). We've put up a special page on the Green Bean web site dedicated to this forthcoming hardcover title, so if you'd like more information, please check out:
http://www.greenbeanpress.com/

The bleak winter landscape of small town New Hampshire provides the setting for this brilliant chronicle of working class life. Frostbite (April 9, 2002), Graziano's debut work of fiction, connects such unlikely characters as a hirsute librarian, a testosterone-addled dwarf with an air guitar problem, a professional convenience store clerk with punk rock aspirations and the vicarious victim of a devastating moose accident (to name a few) in their attempts to transcend the monotony of their menial existences--only to find themselves bound by the natural elements and their own demons.

All best,
